Finely chop 8 garlic clove and Half an onion cook2min.Add a pinch of rosemary, salt and pepper. Then add 2 cups peeled pears.
Add 1 whole chicken, cook for 2-2.5 hours over medium low stove top or in oven at 350 for 2 -2.5 hours.Cut chicken up when it starts to fall apart. Add Fresh rosemary.
Plate chicken spoon pear mixture on side sever with salad and sweet potato.
